Congratulations to fellow QCMGA Member John Brooks for scoring a Hole In One on Roadrunner #4 on Wednesday December 3, 2024. Way to go John!!!
Quoting him, “Playing the temporary par 3 hole on Roadrunner #4. I hit my 9 iron 134 yards to the red flagged pin. The drive landed on the green and the ball rolled into the cup. This was my 1st HIO in my 80’s, my 3rd one at Quail Creek in 20 years playing here, and my 5th overall in 36 years of playing golf. This may be the only HIO on Roadrunner #4 as this was a temporary par 3 due to construction, but it still cost me a round of drinks for our group of 16 players that day. My foursome playing partners were Larrry Kowalk, Rich Kane, and Mike Schwagler”.
