Congratulations to fellow QCMGA Member Martin Wibbenhorst for scoring a Hole In One on Quail #2 on Wednesday March 12, 2025. Way to go Martin!!! It was reported by the QC Pro Shop publication Reading The Green that Martin shot the HIO using a 7-iron, and that his playing partners were Mike Fox, Randy Mathis, and Tom Bottoms.
Quoting him, “It was my first HIO. I didn’t see it go in but Fox saw it rolling toward the hole. Randy Mathis didn’t see it on the green as he was going to his ball and said he didn’t want to jinx me by looking! LOL!!! Anyway he did as his ball was near the green and he saw it there. Pretty cool”.
