Congratulations to fellow QCMGA Member, Alan Bravin, for scoring a Hole In One at Quail Creek on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Way to go Alan!!!
As reported in the Pro Shop’s Reading The Green July 15, 2026 email, and quoting Alan, “the Hole In One occurred on Coyote #8 during the weekly QCMGA event using a 7 iron at a distance of 150 yards. Playing partners and witnesses to the HIO were David Tonso, Steve Jarrett, and Rudy Lucero.”
In addition to the HIO, Alan was also a winner in the weekly Gross and Net Skins games that day with his HIO score. To top it all off, Alan was also the winner of the QCMGA HIO prize for scoring the HIO during the weekly QCMGA event.
That is quite a string of golfing achievements for a single day. Alan told me that during his next round of golf on Wednesday July 16th, he eagled the par 4 Roadrunner #4 by sinking a sand wedge shot from 88 yards.
